Forced Induction & Fuel Delivery

Whether an aged turbocharger has exhausted its thrust bearings or fuel injectors are failing to atomize properly (clogged nozzles or weak solenoids), we bring the heavy-duty lifting to your location to restore factory or enhanced performance.

Turbocharger Services

Variable Geometry Turbo (VGT) Repair: We diagnose stuck unison rings inside modern VGT turbos (found heavily on 6.0L and 6.7L platforms), which cause massive turbo lag or extreme overboost conditions resulting in limp mode.
Complete Replacements: Swapping failed OEM turbos with refreshed, balanced, or billet wheel units.
Up-Pipe & Y-Pipe Sealing: We replace leaking bellows in the exhaust tract that feed the turbo, which often present as an intense hissing noise while accelerating and cause massive drops in boost pressure (and terrible fuel economy).
Charge Air Cooler (CAC) & Boot Replacement: Blowing off boots under heavy load? We replace old, oil-soaked boots and clamp systems.

Diesel Injector Replacements

HEUI (Hydraulic Electronic Unit Injectors): Testing and swapping worn 7.3L or 6.0L injectors plagued by internal stiction, usually presenting as cold-start romping or severe white smoke until operating temperatures are reached.
Common Rail Piezo/Solenoid Injectors: Performing injector balance rate tests and replacing individual failed injectors or entire banks on newer Ford, Ram (Cummins), and Chevy (Duramax) pickups.
Programming & Coding: Newer injectors require their specific IQA (Injector Quantity Adjustment) codes to be programmed into the engine control module. We carry the tooling out to your site to program new injectors seamlessly.
